Norwegian QUOTA Scholarship Scheme 2011 (Master and PhD) for Developing Countries
The goal of the Quota Scheme is to give students from developing countries in the South, Central- and East-Europe and Central-Asia, relevant education that would also benefit their home countries when they return after graduation.

The programme also contributes to strengthen Norwegian institutions of higher education’s participation in global knowledge cooperation.

The Norwegian government provides scholarships for students from developing countries in the South and countries of Central- and East-Europe and Central-Asia under the Quota Scheme. The overall objective of the Quota Scheme is to promote the internationalisation of higher education.

100 Scholarships from Greece Government 2010-2011

Within the framework of international development cooperation and assistance, each year, Hellenic Aid grants approximately 100 scholarships to foreign and expatriate students deriving from developing countries for graduate and postgraduate studies at Greek universities and technological education institutes.

Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi seleksi Calon Penerima Beasiswa S2 Luar Negeri Kementerian Kominfo 2010, yang meliputi aspek administratif, kemampuan akademik (IPK, TPA, TOEFL/IELTS), dan hasil wawancara, Daftar Nama Calon Penerima Beasiswa S2 Luar Negeri Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Tahun 2010 yang memenuhi syarat tersebut adalah sebagai berikut:

Beasiswa S2/S3 Luar Negeri (LN) Tahun 2010/2011 untuk PNS Non Dosen dan Warga Umum dari hibah BUMN

Ringkasan:

Beasiswa S2/S3 Luar Negeri (LN) adalah proyek hibah 25 beasiswa yang diberikan oleh sebuah BUMN kepada PNS non Dosen dan warga umum yang bekerjasama dengan pihak ketiga di Universitas di luar Indonesia yang menempati peringkat “100 Universitas terbaik dunia versi Times Higher Education Suplemment (THES) dan/atau Webometrik”.

Beasiswa diberikan kepada PNS non dosen kementrian BUMN, ESDM, Keuangan, Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Kepolisian, Kejaksaan, Kehakiman, Perhubungan, Dalam Negeri1, Setneg, BP Migas dan BPH Migas serta Badan non kementrian seperti Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) dan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK), serta warga umum yang direkomendasi oleh sebuah institusi untuk berbagai bidang selama 4 (empat) semester (S2) dan 8 (delapan) semester (S3). Beasiswa yang diberikan meliputi tuition, tunjangan penelitian, wisuda, buku, internet dan living cost, serta tiket pesawat pp 1 x dalam setahun dari/ke bandara terdekat tempat kuliah berlangsung.

FULBRIGHT-DIKTI MASTER`S DEGREE PROGRAM

Preference will be given to applicants who serve as faculty members of state and private institutions of higher education in Indonesia. Applicants will possess:

1. A Bachelor (S1) degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (4.00 scale)
2. Leadership qualities
3. A good understanding of Indonesian and international cultures
4. Demonstrated commitment to the chosen field of study
5. A willingness to return to Indonesia upon completion of the Fulbright-DIKTI program
6. A minimum institutional TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS score of 6.0
